London – ESTAma announces the sale of an office building let to BMW in an attractive district of Munich. The single tenant property is let on a long lease to the strong covenant BMW AG. The vendor is a fund affiliated with Catalyst Capital which exclusively mandated ESTAma as its sales agent and transaction manager. The asset was bought by „Savills IM Real Invest 1“, a separate account managed by Savills Investment Management.
