London/Düsseldorf – The Düsseldorf based investor INTERRA has bought an office building in the Thuringian city of Zeulenroda-Triebes. The asset built in 1978 is let long-term to a department of the State of Thuringia.
The total lettable area of the property comprises ca. 2,300 sqm over three floors which have been used by the State Department for Cartography since 2007. The Department also rents 18 of the total 32 parking spaces located on the 7,800 sqm site.
Alexander Dold, Speaker of the Board of Directors is delighted about this recent acquisition: “We identified this solid asset in Zeulenroda-Triebes which fits our strategy for expanding our sustainable portfolio.” At the same time the generous site allows for further development to meet any future demand.
The spa town Zeulenroda-Triebes with ca. 17,000 inhabitants is the centre of the region and located ca. 40 km south of Gera. The city benefits from good transport links by rail and road to the larger neighbouring cities and university towns and offers a diversified local economy and well established schools and education facilities.
